As for production times, we usually take 5 working days on synthetic fabric and 10 working days on natural fabric. To this must be added the shipping time, this will depend on the type of transport you choose when placing the order, it can be between 1-3 working days more. For international shipments consult.
All orders whose entry time is after 11:00 a.m., will count as the first day of production, the working day immediately after. It is important to take this information into account, especially in cases of orders with an emergency supplement.
The production time can be shortened by paying an emergency supplement if you need it very quickly.
We have 2 types of emergency supplement:
- 24/48h in which an extra 50% is charged on the total value of the order with a minimum of €35. 1-2 working days of production + 1 working day of transportation.
- 48/72h in which an extra 25% is charged on the total value of the order with a minimum of €25. 2-3 working days of production + 1 working day of transportation.
